I love starting my mornings by watching “Live with Kelly and Michael.” I usually have a cup of tea and read through my emails.
This morning I thought, “Why not workout while I watch this show?”
I have always loved doing circuit workouts because I can do them anywhere and anytime. It’s also great to sweat a lot in a short amount of time. Circuit workouts revolve around using high intensity aerobics or muscle endurance. Quite frankly, circuit workouts keep me interested and there are just so many different options .
